This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchases made on Evalanta, and how cancellations work for subscriptions and live events.

Australian Consumer Law notice: If you are an Australian consumer, you have consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. This policy does not affect your statutory rights to a refund, replacement, or compensation for a major failure with a service.

1. Eligible purchases

Self-service refunds are planned for bKash purchases of self-paced digital courses in Bangladesh, within 7 days of purchase and before the refund window expires, once the bKash partnership has received final approval. A non-refundable processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund availability for other markets, payment methods, or offering types (such as subscriptions, live classes, or coaching) depends on the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.

2. Refunds for major problems

You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or credit if the service:

  • Is significantly different from the description or preview shown at purchase;
  • Does not work as described and the problem cannot be fixed within a reasonable time;
  • Was not supplied within the advertised timeframe or access window;
  • Contains serious errors or missing content that prevents meaningful use.

3. Subscriptions and live offerings

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing and you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Partial refunds for unused portions are not provided unless required by law.

Refunds for live classes, workshops, and coaching sessions are handled according to the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.

4. Refund method and timing

Once bKash is live on Evalanta, approved bKash refunds will be returned to the same bKash account used for the original purchase, less any non-refundable processing fee. Timing depends on bKash processing. Refunds for other payment methods are handled through the original payment provider where possible.

5. Refund abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where we detect abuse, fraud, repeated refund requests, or attempts to circumvent access controls.

6. How to request a refund

Where self-service refund is available, you can request it from your purchase history. For all other refund requests, contact support@evalanta.com with your order details and the reason for the request.

7. Consumer rights

This policy operates alongside your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law or the Bangladesh Protection of Consumer Rights Act 2009, as applicable.
