How to report a concern
If you see content or behaviour that violates our guidelines, you can report courses and reviews from the relevant page. You can also email our support team.
Creator responsibilities
Creators set the tone for their learning communities. We expect creators to moderate their spaces, respond to reports, and ensure their content meets our content and safety standards.

Safety resources
Bangladesh
For cybercrime or online safety concerns, you can report to the Bangladesh Police Cyber Security Division or contact the National Helpline Centre for Violence Against Women and Children.
Australia
For illegal or harmful online content, report to the eSafety Commissioner. For scams or spam, contact the ACCC or ACMA.
Safety questions
What happens when I report something?
Our trust and safety team reviews reports as quickly as possible. We may remove content, issue warnings, suspend accounts, or report illegal activity to authorities.
Can I control who can contact me?
Yes. Privacy settings let you choose who can send you direct messages (everyone, only people enrolled in your courses, or nobody) and maintain a block list.
Is my child safe on Evalanta?
Evalanta is designed for learners aged 16 and above. We encourage parents and guardians to supervise younger learners and to contact us if they have concerns.
How do I report a copyright issue?
Copyright concerns can be reported by emailing legal@evalanta.com.
